职位描述：
A. Supplier sourcing according to designed technology and service requirement
B. Assess, evaluate and validate capability per defined criteria, and Lead supplier survey and audit to qualify supplier, make QSA/Process Audit Report.
C. Develop RFQ to get quotations from supplier with a bidding approach if applicable, and analyze suppliers quotation/proposals in terms of unit price rationality, TCO/TCA, capacity, lead time and other commercial areas
D. Make supplier selection proposal with a team base and make consensus
E. Review and sign contract with new suppliers, and manage contract in terms of renewing contract, negotiation cost-down, and justify price increase request from suppliers
F. Upload supplier info into database, and be in charge of adding new supplier into QAD system
G. Monitor and manage product scale up together with other team members
H. Lead the PPAP process with suppliers to qualify supplier's samples qualification process
I. In charge of PPAP process completion based on the project timeline for individual projects; communicate our company's PPAP requirements, and train and teach supplier to run PPAP process for our parts if applicable. In charge of signature of PSW from suppliers.
J. Lead the efforts to improve supplier's quality system, quality performance, and process, as well as trouble shooting quality and process at supplier site for individual case
K. Be the key MRB team member to deal with suspected defective parts from supplier
L. Be in charge of signing the Deviation Request from suppliers
M. Be in charge of RTV process, and provide an interface between suppliers and internal clients& SCM peers for all of supplier quality issues.
N. Be in charge of DMR release and closure in WISPER, and analyze quality data from supplier to take action with supplier if possible. Be in charge of supplier creation at WISPER and upload supplier quality documents into WISPER.
O. Supplier quality performance record and continuously drive supplier quality performance improvement
P. In charge of supplier training for WISPER, Supplier Excellence Manual and other Eaton quality tools

Qualifications
1.Bachelors Degree or above, mechanical engineering or related preferred
2.Min. 3 Years of solid quality control and assurance and process experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in casting, machine, injection mould plastic, and other related mechanical parts
3.Basic supplier sourcing experience or knowledge preferred
4.Min. 2 years of solid working experience of supplier development in terms of quality system, and process, as well as supplier management
5.Have solid knowledge of ISO9000 and TS 16949, including hands-on experience as to how to use APQP, PPAP, SPC, Control Plan, SPC tools and so on
6.Good Communicator with internal clients and external supplies at all levels
7.Fluent spoken and written English
8.Proactive, and be able to demonstrate initiative, accountability, commitment and team-spirit
9.Have “can-do” attitude
