1. 按照公司销售政策,及时处理负责区域内分销商及其他客户的备件询价,对于询价一天内要给予报价及回复,如特殊情况不能报价的,要及时通知到客户予以说明;
In accordance with the Company's sales policy, the timely processing of distributors and other customers spare parts inquiry —— to give quotes within one day after the inquiry and for particular circumstances, must notify the customer timely.
2. 根据分销商的备件询价,了解和分析最终用户的服务需求,从商务和技术角度帮助分销商给用户提供进一步服务建议;
According to inquiry from distributors for spare parts, understand and analyze end-user’s demand for services, and then help distributors to provide further service suggestions from business and technical perspectives;
3.负责开发、跟踪客户服务需求至合同的签署,为商务管理、项目和现场服务提供必要的支持 ;
Responsible for developing, tracking customer service needs to sign contracts, and provide necessary support for business management, project and field services;
4. 跟踪本区域的服务销售订单,分析订单缺口,制定行动方案,最终确保完成本区的服务销售目标;
Follow order intake, analysis gap and take action, make sure to complete service sales targets of responsible region.
5. 与传动产品销售积极合作,共同推动整体ABB产品及服务市场 ;
Active cooperation with product sales and jointly promote the overall ABB products and services market;
6. 收集分销商反馈的市场信息, 对于本地化服务产品的开发提出必要的意见和建议;
Collect distributors’ feedback, and provide market information to support the development of localized service products;
7. 配合服务销售经理做好其他服务销售工作 ;
Assistant service sales managers to complete other tasks if necessary.
