? Develops project roadmaps in conjunction with the project team and IT business relationship manager.
? Design ISSC Suzhou technology roadmap in conjunction with other Eaton shared service centres and IT
? New shared service opportunity development and execution
? Work with Project Managers to deliver the roadmap planned projects.
? Drives the ISSC Suzhou continuous improvement projects
? Drives, deploys and manages the use of EBS and associated tools within the ISSC Suzhou.
? Support improvement initiatives for ISSC all functions & plants.
? Drive Lean Culture across ISSC Suzhou organization (BPI’s, Idea’s, improvement projects, standardized work, 5S, and training delivery).
? Manage, sustain and improve internal control environment in ISSC
? Support business to improve internal control environment as SME
? Development and maintenance of quality standards, controls and process – Quality check & Reporting on sample transaction (all processes).
? Provide leadership and guidance to control and compliance team and business excellence in successful delivery of continuous improvement projects and enhancement of ISSC internal control environment.
? Provide effective resource management and capacity planning for pool of BE Team resources.
? Manage BE team budget to ensure a suitable and successful recovery model is in place.
? Coaches and mentors subordinates in career path development, process improvement, technical and managerial skills development to ensure talent succession pipeline development.
? Prepares and manages performance measurement and evaluation of subordinates.
? Meet Balanced Scorecard goals that relevant to BE team.
? Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
? 5 years of project management experience.
? 3~5 years management of people experience
? Fluent in English & Mandarin.
? Good knowledge of lean and continues improvement tools/methodology
? The position requires excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skill, persuasion & influencing skills as well as be politically savvy.
? Required strong skills in developing and leveraging a network of peers, associates, and superiors as well as capability to leverage resources not directly reporting to the function.
? Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
? Leadership, communication and influencing skills sufficient to work with a multi-cultural, global organization and diverse workforce.
