I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Make sure all targeted AGCO subsidy products from CZ plant get listed on the State Subsidy Catalog as planned following the company’s product planning and relevant policy/regulations to support the sales and marketing business goals.
II. RESPONSABILITIES/DUTIES:
? To identify, prioritize and support homologation/certification needs of the business unit; also responsible for drafting and maintaining the overall product subsidy plans to support the business plan.
? Work with the China/Global functions, including engineering, manufacturing, product management, sales & marketing, as well as government relations team to support the implementation of subsidy action plans.
? To gather and capture all related standards and government policies to recommend tactics/actions to support the subsidy application by keep consistent communication with internal and external subject-matter experts and colleagues.
? Liaison with industry groups, trade associations and relevant government agencies to help influence the policy-making and standard modification process. Provide timely communications with internal shareholders of any policy/standard change trend.
? Manage function budget and control the spending according to the budget and in compliance with FCPA
? To develop and maintain government relations with the testing labs and subsidy approval institutions in China, help resolve any issues from the subsidy application process.
III. FUNCTIONAL & BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:
? Familiar with agriculture product, preferably in tractor feature and performance
? Insights in agriculture operation and machinery requirements
? Direct knowledge and experience in agriculture subsidy process is a plus
IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Have the management responsibility of up to 3 persons depend on the business needs.
V. PROBLEM SOLVING:
Strong problem solving skills needed in identifying issues, communicating with the relevant parties and coordinate the resolution of any problems by working effectively with internal and external parties.

? Direct impact to the China P&L as subsidy is vital to the sales performance - tactical
? Knowledge and grasp of the subsidy trend can give the company a competitive advantage in managing a product portfolio that stays ahead of the market needs - strategic
VIII. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
? Thrive in a cross-functional team environment and can communicate clearly with other team members
? Need to be comfortable working in the multi-national company environment where business level English communication is required

? 4-year college degree in business or engineering
? English language requirement: conversational level in verbal and business level in writing
