职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily production planning
2. Manage the production line on a day-to-day basis to achieve the planned goals in volume, quality, and scrap rate.
3. Be responsible for quality control, making sure the quality system meet both customer needs and ISO 9001 compliance.
4. Control production cost including WIP, finished goods, and labor cost.
5. Work with sales team to maintain a high level of on-time delivery.
6. Work with customer service team to handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
7. Work with operation director to build a strong production team.
8. Maintain 5S and EHS compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
2. 8+ years of production management experience, preferably with a western company operating in China.
3. Experience with plastic extrusion or PET strap manufacturing is a strong plus.
4. Familiar with basic production management tools including 5S, Poka Yoke, Kanban, SPC, and etc.
5. Fluent English on a working level.
6. Good at MS Office including PPT, Word, and Excel.
