Key Results Areas
Strategic management
Formulate CLW Sales strategy and conversion into actionable plans
Manage implementation against CLW Sales strategy
Manage CLW Sales national account
Maintain awareness of major consumer trends, trade development, and competitive activity to ensure market reality and take advantage of all opportunities
Ensure programs are consistent with strategic plans
Provide guidelines
Project management
Implement project as per project plan/approved specifications within planned budget
Identify, report and act upon deviations within agreed timeframes or as they occur
Financial management
Submit budget within agreed timeframes
Monitor revenue and costs per unit case for all regions within sales territories
Monitor expenses against budget monthly
Justify or correct all overspent items
Comply 100% with finance policies and procedures?
People Development
Develop appropriate skills and attitudes in direct reports
Identify competency & capability gaps for team members annually
Train and develop direct reports against development plans
Identify competency & capability gaps for Sales competency in skills plan
Review progress against skills plan for competency quarterly
Identify, report and act upon deviations within agreed timeframes or as they occur
