This is an Asia Pacific role that encompasses China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, SE Asia, ANZ, and India. This role will require around 40% traveling.
?Responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge of Unity SAP QTC functions:
?Participates in implementation/enhancement projects for target system using PROLaunch.
? Partners with business users on requirements, processes & systems.
? Participates in the entire project lifecycle: analysis of proposed process/system changes.
? Helps manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
? Management of approved requirements specifications & verification of implementation scope.
? Provides knowledge & input on system implications of process changes.
? Completes project related deliverables including future state design documentation and requirements documentation.
? Participates in unit testing, integration testing support & review of training materials.
? Supports user acceptance testing events and schedules.
? Responsible for intermediate level system configurations
? Prepares and provides training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders.
? Facilitates regression testing for global solutions as needed prior to migrating to productive system
? Effectively communicates the status for deliverables to project management and leadership to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues.
? Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices toward solution design for the system.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Languages
?Fluent English (oral and written)
?Fluent Mandarin (oral and written)
Work Experience
?7 years above SAP implementation experience.
?At least 4 full-lifecycle SAP projects in manufacturing companies
?External Consultancy background, preferred.
?Exposure to international experience, i.e. have worked with Multinationals
Qualifications
?Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
?Regular domestic and possible regional travel will be required.
?Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support 12/5.
?Prior engineering or operational working experience would be advantageous.
?SAP SD certification is advantageous
?Green Belt in Six Sigma strongly desired
Technical Competencies
?Experience in Electrical discrete manufacturing industry.
?Experience in SAP SD
?Experience in SAP Credit Management.
?Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SD and other SAP modules.
?Business knowledge and process design skills.
?Understanding of project methodologies.
?Must be an effective problem solver.
Communication Competencies
?Possess good presentation and documentation skills
?Possess good training skills
?Possess the ability to articulate ideas and concepts to a wide range of audience
?Has awareness of business change activities and the impact of change on an organisation
Team Leadership Competencies
?Able to run workshops and own the outcomes
?Identify, monitor and report issues, risks and progress on project phases.
?Possess the ability to collaborate with business owners.
?Possess good interpersonal skills.
?Must be able to work independently as well as a team player. Can manage own workload.
