主要职责：
1. 监控生产制造过程中原材料/半产品/成品的质量，以保证产品质量达到客户的满意。Monitor the quality of the Raw material/semi- products during the whole production process, to make sure the best quality of the products delivered to customer.
2. 负责处理所辖生产线产品的客户投诉和客户PPM，按时完成8D报告和客户PPM分析报告，追踪改进行动的完成，降低C1+C2的客户投诉。To handle customer complaint, finish 8D report and Customer PPM analysis on time , trace the improvement action implement. reduce C1+C2 complaints .
3. 每天检查Winecours系统的运行情况，异常质量信息及时报告给经理，培训检验员标准化操作。负责稳定区PPM缺陷产品分析，参与降低稳定区PPM和减少客户投诉等质量改进的项目。Daily check Wineours system, abnormal quality information report to mamager in time. train inspector standardization operation. Responsible for the quarantine PPM defect product analysis. Join quality improvement project for the quarantine PPM and the customer complaint reduction.
4. 对不合格产品和原材料发放红卡，原材料问题及时和SQE联系办理投诉，追踪供应商的改进结果.Red card management for un-conformity products or raw materials, contacting with SQA in time and Handling the raw material complaint, and tracing the improving result from supplier.
5. 监督检查所辖产品生产过程控制计划的正常执行情况，更新/发放/管理过程控制表格，负责所辖生产线的质量审核工作。Supervise and check the regular implement for control plan of his production line area, and update, give out and manage the process control table. Responsible for the quality audit work of his production line area.
6. 不断完善废品分类规则，培训员工。To perfect the failure catalogue and train setter/operator.
7. 评估技能矩阵，提供质量方面的培训。To assess skill matrix. provide quality training .
8. 负责整理所辖生产线各项考核绩效报告。Responsible for all items of performance report of his own production line.
9. 培训员工6S，跟踪不符合项的改进行动。6S training and tracing 6S action.
10. 负责所辖生产线的改善协调工作。Take charge of the Kaizen coordination work of his production line area.
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，男女不限，工科背景专业毕业；
2. 2年以上制造业工作经验，对于产线管理有一定经验；
3. 熟悉TS16949优先；
4. 熟练英文听说读写。
