2.RFQ, PR & PO releasing and delivery follow-up, supplier payment etc.
3.Supplier performance management and monitoring to improve

5.Contributes to the definition of the Group Indirect Purchasing strategy, supports to define the Group Indirect strategy
6.Achieve purchasing index
7.Implement purchasing activity strictly with Purchasing rules
8.Execute E-solution and E-tools (eg.SAP ,C1-catalog, EDI …)
