1.接听客户来电或在线咨询，及时反馈并处理相关售后问题； 2.通过回访等形式进行市场调研与客户满意度回访，为公司收集市场信息及情报、及时反馈客户对产品或服务的意见；
3.根据公司提供的客户资源，通过电话与老客户建立并保持长期友好信任关系，宣传公司企业文化与树立品牌形象；
4.陌生电话拜访，开拓新客户市场，长期建立与积累有价值的意向客户群体；
5.客户数据汇总与整理、日常报表统计及领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，以医药、市场营销、工商管理等专业为佳；
2.有客服经验者优先；
