职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Set up local test methods per RB Global standard requirements or National regulations
? Issue draft specification for all packaging components which related to RB products
? Transfer parts of approved IPS into TDS
? Check all data inside TDS which is concerning with packaging components and test method frequently, make sure they are correct and real.
? Communicate with and train other colleagues such as packaging inspector and Lab technician, make sure TDS implemented well and completely.
? Manage well on company’s bar code, make sure it is being used economically and effectively.
? Manage assigned NPD, set up master plan and trace till it is implement on time
? Set up database related RB China products
? Participate squeeze and X-trim projects, support these projects to be implemented on time
? Close collaboration with QC/QA and Procurement on assessment for major packaging suppliers.
? Troubleshoot the technical issues related to the portfolio.
? Support Packaging Manager to follow new technology related to the portfolio.
? Submit weekly and monthly report on time.

Requirements：
? 2+ years related experience
? Technical knowledge of packaging materials and related processes
? Knowledge of major packaging materials such as plastics and paper
? Knowledge of Manufacturing process on major packaging component such as bottle; cap; bottle; label
? Proven track record to manage multiple multi-functional projects
? Can read and write English skilled, can communicate in English.
? Can always keep self-learning and self motivated; Good ability of interpersonal communication
? Good analytical skills including setting test method, analyse the testing data, make final conclusion
