任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，工科类专业；

Bachelor or above degree, major in technical;

2. 3年以上外企或跨国公司质量管理工作经验；

At least 3 years working experience in foreign enterprise or multinational company on quality management;

3. 丰富的制造业质量管理体系执行，维护及改进经验；

Strong experience in implementation, maintenance and improving QMS’s in manufacturing business

4. 公司内部和外部ISO体系审核经验；

Internal or external ISO system audit experience;

5. 熟悉质量体系及“六西格玛”，等知识；熟练流程图技巧；

Familiar with QMS and Six Sigma knowledge and good flow chart skill;

6. 熟练操作计算机，尤其是电子邮件，WORD文档，EXCEL表格，会使用CAD及PPT；

Computer literate particularly the use of E-mail, Microsoft Word and Excel; Ideally working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and CAD;

7. 良好的英文口语表达及书写能力；

Good oral and written English;

8. 优秀的人际交往能力；

Excellent interpersonal skills;

9. 关注细节。
