Job duties
1.Full time position required
2.Ability to conduct user workshops, understanding and mapping process functional requirements against Dynamics AX available functions.
3.Follow up the entire ERP project (Setup & configurations, System Functions, Administrator , Process Flow handling)
4.Identifying customization where needed and working with internal/external technical team to detail the scope of the customization works with documentations.
5.Managing project timelines to completion with clear documentation on task assignment, progress, and issue resolution
6.Provide on-site training and post-implementation support to clients/users.
7.Internal first level support and trouble shooting
requirements:
2 years Microsoft Dynamics AX project hands on implementation experience (OR Understand ERP concept and integrations to work with consultant teams)
Be a good communicator and team player.
?Enjoy working closely with a variety of parties/peers.
?Ability to prioritize through multi-tasking to ensure deadlines is met.
