职位描述：
Competencies & Skills 职位技能要求:
1. Good knowledge on Copper, Aluminum,carbon steel manufacturing process and cost structure.熟悉铜管铝箔以及碳钢市场、加工工艺及成本结构
2. Sourcing, negotiation skills in a technical environment are a must.具备技术环境下采购、谈判技能；
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.良好的中英文沟通能力。

Education Level/Experience & Specific Job Requirements教育程度/工作经历及工作特殊要求:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Engineering, mechanical engineering is preferred.本科学历，主修机械工程或相关专业；
2. Above 5 years sourcing experience in international company.5年以上国际公司采购经历。
3. Fluent English in writing and speaking.英语听说流利

Specific Accountables Essential to Acceptable Job Performance 具体职责:
1. Set up, and update suppliers’ information in decanter manufacturing Dynamics system by following up AHE sourcing projects deliveries.
2. Support suppliers to improve delivery performance to meet DOT target 97 by providing frequent FC， signing stock agreement and adopt VMI and other supplier management tool if it is necessary.
3. Drive and initiate supplier quality improvement actions to meet Quality target 99%
4. Support AHE sourcing projects to drive cost down especially for rest of the items, for example indirect materials
5. Solve sourcing issues in ALPS and raise the issue to sourcing manager if it needs more high level attention
6. Initiate, organize supplier audits and assessments according to ISO9000 procedures
7. Update and maintain Approved Supplier List and other supplier profile.
