该职位的工作地点为江阴市月城镇双泾村。

1、Missions
- Organize, manage, monitor and control ALL physical flows of the plant, as well as the external warehouses under Xieno control (RM /MRO / FG / empty boxes).
- Manage information flows (ERP) linked to physical flows and adapt human and physical organization to activity.

- On-time delivery


3、Activities :
-Lead and manage the warehouse team to follow company policy.
-Responsible for all BOM, No-BOM, Equipment, service, FG receiving and delivery.
-Ensure all related procedures are strictly followed in the team
-Ensure all the movements of materials are controlled and recorded timely in the team, including the materials in the plant and in the rented outside warehouse
-Ensure the always matching of records, reports, ERP data and physical inventory
-Ensure the successfully implementation of monthly end physical inventory within the required time, have it well organized, executed and recorded
-Ensure any variance of physical inventory difference can be exposed timely and explained with reasonable and acceptable reasons
-Ensure the FIFO and 5S of warehouse
-Ensure the efficient filing of related documents, records to support the traceability’s of good movement
-Positively communication with other teams and supervisors for any issues and take efficient actions to solve the problem
-Performance monitoring and evaluation of team memberCollect order or forecast from customer or sales office.

5、Knowledge / Qualification
5.1 Education:
Logistics or Business management background
5.2Technical skills:
-Knowledge of the markets
-Customs Clearance
-Lean manufacturing
-Logistics (consignment, VMI, and Incoterms)
-English Good

6、Behavioral skills
-Good ability for communication with English
-Team playing
-Customer oriented
-Rigor & result oriented
-Medium & long term vision ability

7、Previous Experience
-Over 4 years in warehouse management and 2 years managing role
