Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily safety and 5S in the shop floor

- Manage production people and shifts

- Attend all manufacturing meetings

- Assist MFG Manager to make production planning

- Manage production and collect data

- Conduct process quality control meet quality target

- Implement TPM meet OEE target

- Implement continuous improvement projects to decrease costs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree

- Above 3 years manager experience in plastic/ metal/ machining field

- Strong Knowledge on molding process (plastic/ SMC/ Die casting/PM/ casting) or painting process

- Experience for auto industry, knowledge on TS 16949, APQP PPAP and process control and Continuous Improvement

- Strong management skill of people

- CET6
