MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Assist to establish the company Quality Management System to achieve the standard of ISO/TS16949.
- Implementation and daily maintenance of Quality Management System. 、
- Responsible for internal process audit and product audit, as well as following up open points, to ensure quality control system was implemented effectively.
- Conduct external audits from customer and other parties, as well as following up open points.
Discover and improve production and management insufficiency in the operation process.
- Collect, analyze and report the quality control data, urge relative departments to improve the production quality.
- Take charge of dealing with customer’s complaint in 0-km failure and report.
- Training and manage inspectors and monitor their daily works
- Other relevant tasks arranged by leader.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
- Good understanding of ISO/TS16949 quality management system;
- Be good at quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC, 7 tools);
- Be good at Quality inspect tester(gloss meter, colorimeter, Thickness tester, callipers, Gauge )
- Familiar with glass fibers production(SMC, Hand layup, Painting process
- Good team Player(good interpersonal skills)
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical & Chemical related major
- Minimum 2years process quality Mgt experience, automobile& mechnical fields is preferred
- Over CET-4 (capability of basic oral communication)
