1.need good construction project management experience
2.good english both oral and written.

Lead the local project team (of 3-5 Chinese construction engineer)
Plan the construction project ?Work closely with the general contractor and other suppliers to ensure good cooperation and that all parties deliver according to contract
Follow-up the progress in the project ?Meet the requirements of the local government relating to documentation, inspections, approvals and permissions
Ensure satisfactory quality for construction work and materials
Report on progress and costs
Project progress, delivering on time
Project cost, delivering on budget
Project quality, ensuring delivery according to contract and Norsafe expectations
Manage interactions with suppliers and governmental bodies Qualifications:
