职位描述
岗位职责：
1、熟练掌握实验室各种实验仪器的使用操作；
2、通晓实验室安全要求；
3、熟练掌握有机化合物合成实验技能；
4、能够独立进行有或无文献报道详细实验操作的目标化合物的合成；
5、正确记录实验现象及实验结果，通晓实验笔记本记录的正确模式；
6、利用分析数据分析实验现象；
7、掌握分析仪器的送样流程；
8、正确检索及通读英文文献全文，通过文献查找，解决合成中的方法学问题；
9、熟练掌握常见有机化合物的基本性质，相关反应和反应机理。
任职资格：
1、要求有机化学或药物化学专业本科以上学历；
2、大专学历4年以上相关工作经验者亦可；
3、具有有机合成经验；
4、有药物合成或工艺放大经验者优先；
5、熟练的英文读写能力。
