工作地点：昆山

Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales order, closed work with sales&production to fullfill order delivery on time
2. Monitor customer forecast, analyse production capacity, production backorder, backlog management
3. Keep ERP system data accurate
4. Tracking customer shipment pick up and ship
5. Master data management, e.g. master production schedule, some record maintain
6. Make customs clearance accurately document
7. Coordinate with agency to make sure clearance smoothly, get import shipment timely.
8. Delivery performance and customs clearance review
9. Generate regular reports to logistics manager (e.g. sales forecast report/monthly report, others)

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in related majored ,Mechanical Engineering would be a plus
2. 4-5 year experience in customer service, clearance, planning and logistics required
3. Familiar with Excel, office software,Microsoft dynamics ERP system experiecnec would be a plus
4. strong reponsiblity, working independence, implementing skill
5. good communication and good cooperqtion skill
6. Proactive, creative and drive changes. Self motivating, structured and good to complete tasks. Team player, flexible, persistent and persuasive.
7. English in writing / verbal
