职位描述
Requirements:
- Facilitate management of inventory and A/R levels in all sites - establish targets, monitor and provide guidance;
- Ensure S&OP process is working well in all sites;
- Support commercial group to improve sales forecast;
- Review and design optimal warehousing;
- Define optimal sourcing strategy for SEA and other imports in the region;
- Co-lead regional procurement team and lead implementation of initiatives to minimize procurement cost;
- Ensure implementation of reefer best practice guidelines;
- Define and implement OP road transportation safety guidelines;
- Actively contribute in global S&OP meeting and work with other regions in supply/demand issues;
- Lead S&OP process for coatings and D&P businesses;
- Carry out material requirement planning for coatings and D&P business. Manage procurement process for both domestic and import raw materials;
- Carry out logistics planning and manage tolling operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science;
- 3-5 years Experience in business or operations;
- 3-5 years Experience in supply chain;
- Strong in organization, influence and communication skills;
- Proficient in English
