Job Description:
Position Title: T&D Manager
Function: HR
Report to: HR Director
Location: Shanghai Pudong District
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
Identify sales training needs for Polyurethanes & Construction BU through effective methodology, such as joint call, survey, conversation, interview and competency gap analysis, etc.
Develop and implement training plan to enhance organization competency
Lead training projects.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs for further follow up and improvement
Driving the Talent Management Process - alignment of resources to the top priorities, building capabilities needed to achieve the stated vision & strategy and investment in the talent
Regularly communication with business leader, Employee Engagement survey action plan tracking and Provide HR consultancy to business head & managers to support business growth
Promote a learning environment within the company.
Qualification Requirement:
At least 5 years training experience at multinational company
With proven track record of high performance
Bachelor's Degree or above.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, self-direction, people-oriented, proactive, good planning & execution skill, sense of responsibility, fast learner and team player
Excellent in both written and oral English
