职位描述：
1、 分析研究重点客户和大型团购的市场需求状况；
2、 制订大集团客户开发、市场推广的工作计划。组织实施客户的开发，以达到公司的经营目标；
3、 负责与大集团客户具体业务合作的商务事宜办理和落实；
4、 负责大集团客户的维护，保持良好的合作关系和客户的满意；
5、 负责开发推广的成本控制。
职位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，2年以上机构客户销售和市场推广经验，有化妆品行业从业背景者优先。
2、 熟悉大客户团购运做，有酒店、俱乐部或高品质会员制的客户资源优先。
3、 有较强的工作责任心和分析解决问题能力。
4、 具有一定的领导能力、激励下属和客户的能力。
5、 较强的沟通和谈判能力，英语流利。
