Customer service will be responsible for managing the daily support for the clients and sales.
He or she must be well versed in multiple telecommunications platforms (Voice, Data, Hardware) and capable of managing unexpected situation or even a crisis. He or she is playing an important role between sales and clients. All of the details of the clients' requests must be forwarded to corresponding sales timely and completely. He or she will be expected to provide guidance and mentoring for the client fostering a collaborative climate and maintaining client satisfaction.
The position calls for the customer service team members to be the primary liaison between client and the company. On occasion the customer service team members will be asked to contribute to company projects in order to offer better service or gain a team goal.
Job:
>Working time: 9 pm to 5 am Beijing Time, Monday to Friday
>Job Location: Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province
>Taking customers' phone call and offer timely solutions if possible
>Forward all the customer's requests to sales completely and timely
>Assist sales with project that needs a call negotiation.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or equivalent
- English mother tongue or native English speaker preferred
- Up to two years related experience in Project Management or Customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
- Good written and oral communication in English is a MUST
- Good sense of responsibility for work
