One leading machinery company is searching for one experienced QC Manager in Xuzhou for its expanding business.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be required to lead all the quality activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• establish and conduct the quality control plan to ensure the products delivered from the factory meet the technical specification
• develop and improve the departmental working procedure to have robust and efficient performance
• manage the daily inspection and test activities, lead the root causes analysis for the Non-conformityfrom production and customer complains, drive and follow up the improvement action plans
• collect and report the data to monitor the quality trend to the right direction
• participate in supplier assessment, implement the quality control plan, work together with other parties toimprove the supplier performance
• train and develop the QC engineers’ skill, promote the quality culture in the company, coordinate the internal audit to ensure all activities adhere to procedures
• To be succeed in this role, you need have rich experience about pressure vessel.
  

Key Requirements:

• bachelor degree in mechanical engineering related major
• minimum 5 years’ working experience in quality fields, 3 years of manager role in machinery industry, experience of pressure vessel will be a plus
• experience in fabrication and assembly
• strong management and communication capability, working under constant pressure
• open-minded, dynamic, analytical and good problem solving abilities,
• fluent reading and writing English

The company supply complete systems and equipment for the processing of animal by-products, domestic waste, sewage sludge, bio fuels and by-products from food and beverage production.
