职位描述
Major Responsibility主要职责:
- Oversee the development of the technical process to manufacture parts with the highest quality, production efficiency and lowest cost
- Ensure samples are passed first time to specification and on time.
- As part of the management team, lead the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process
- Develop and manage sampling plans to validate the manufacturing process
- Adhere to the Quality processes
- Manage the PPAP documentation and submission process
- Promote the company in a professional manner
- Provide technical management to the solving of quality issues
- Inspect production orders to ensure the items are to specification, have been made according to the agreed process and to report back.
Occupational Health and Safety职业健康和安全:
- At all times ensure compliance with company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and all H&S legal requirements.
- Promote a health and safety culture within the business.
- Report all incidents and minor injuries
Other Responsibilities其他职责:
- Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, as may be required from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Essential基本知识，技能和能力:
- Experience with TS16949 and ISO 9000 quality standards
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player – building people involvement
- Min 10 years technical experience in the foundry industry
- English and Chinese language capability
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities, Desirable适合的知识，技能和能力:
- Technical management / supervision background
- Ability to use Casting Modelling software (such as Magma or similar packages)
- Preference given to persons with Lost Wax and Resin Sand experience in a ferrous foundry
- Knowledge of machining
