Responsibilities

§ Be responsible for ZB long term planning, annual budget and standard cost update

§ Set up financial management system, overall management of finance team daily operation and cash flow

§ Be responsible for financial report provide timely accurate and timely financial analysis to support decision-making disclose accurate financial data

§ Plan and manage taxation. Ensure tax declaration is done on time and annual audit completes on time

§ Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure there is sufficient cash to support operations while control financial risks

§ Participate in strategic discussions on investment, purchases, mergers, etc. and provide suggestions

§ Manage internal & external audits and internal control, participate in risk evaluation, follow-ups

§ Maintain a good relationship with local government, tax authorities, banks as well as audit firms, etc.

§ Be responsible for departmental training and licensing needs

§ Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

1. University graduate with major in accounting/finance

2. Minimum 6 years of experience in multinational company in finance or accounting field, including at least 2 years of manager role

3. Certified accountant (CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.), MBA is a plus

4. Familiar with US GAAP, China GAAP and IFRS

5. Computer literacy

6. Familiar with one of the prevailing ERP Systems (SAP, QAD, etc.)

7. Good Oral and Written English

    浙江巴奥米特医药产品有限公司主要生产开发医疗手术工具、骨科假体、医用假体、骨生物产品。产品的主要原材料有不锈钢、钛合金、POM棒等。目前加工类的机器设备有加工中心，数控铣床，快、慢走丝线切割，精雕机，DMG等。主要生产英国Vanguard/Recap/Biometric/Oxford系列外科手术工具，法国Alpina,Avantage系列外科手术工具。现公司产品已远销美国、英国、法国、西班牙等国家。
    公司已于2005年1月通过ISO13485：2003认证，并试制成功了创伤类产品，已基本完成临床实验。
