A famous company in Automotive industry is looking for a sourcing manager to set up local sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities:

?set up a strategic long-term purchasing policy with focus on added value and profitability
?build up optimization of a competitive supplier base
?set up competitive price strategy comparing with market and peers
?set targets on supplier performance, initiating and driving supplier developments on key suppliers with regular follow-up on the results
?support global sourcing activities

Key Requirements:

?more than eight years working experience in Auto / Machinery industry, engineering experience is a plus
?rich knowledge in indirect sourcing , such as tooling / capex /chemical materials, familiar with rubber material
?familiar with supplier management and purchasing procedure
?very good communication skills and excellent in negotiation leadership skills
?skilled in Office software and SAP system
?fluent in English (oral and written)
