Key Responsibilities:

to assisting FD in managing tax matters for 3 companies of the company China to minimizing tax related risks
enhance treasure management on both improve efficiency and minimize risk
be acting as a contact window for one BU and to report monthly management accounting packs for that BU
to assist FC and FD to manage the finance team
to produce and report statutory required various tax return forms
cash, foreign currency management and bank loan handling
liaison with Bank on both regular and occasional requirements
to provide general consulting support internally
to deliver related trainings to relevant staffs who are in need
to periodically report and address any tax issues which may need senior management attention
to liaison with tax authority for any tax related new rules and regulations
to maintain good relationship with various governmental offices
to provide general support in finance functions

Key Requirements:

over eight years multinational manufacturer working experience is required
familiar with China tax / finance laws, rules and regulations
very familiar with MS Office software and at least one ERP implementation experience in finance area
knowledge of Hyperion is preferred
good at risk management, logical thinking and strong analytical skills
self-motivated, high integrity with management and leadership skills
excellent writing and spoken communication skills both in English and Chinese
BS or MS degree in accounting, auditing, finance, or business administration
ACCA, CTA or equivalent
