Key Responsibilities:
? develop/adapt the chemical products (additives, engine repair, car care, tire repair, body repair) to the Chinese market characteristics
? ensure that the new products are developed in accordance with project briefs to agreed deadlines and budget
? ensure the adequacy product range through technical tests
? analyse competitor′s products and evaluate them technically
? work with the production section of the factory to improve processes and methods that will implicate cost reductions and product quality improvements
? manage customer′s product complaints under the technical point of view
? ensure that all products and technical data meet the local health and safety regulations
? provide technical support and advice to the other departments of the company.
? keep documented records within scope of ISO registration

Key Requirements:
? graduate calibre
? strong practical and innovative chemist
? excellent written and spoken English
? excellent planning and organization skills
? attention to detail
? project management skills
? ability to multi-task
? working knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint
? a proven track record of managing multiple projects
? commercial awareness to ensure you can work with marketing strategy and ensure delivery against budgets
? ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential
