Key Position Responsibilities:

§ Original drawings and Q criteria release and control;

§ Chinese drawing, routing, fixture drawing, tool drawing, inspection criteria, gage drawing, CNC program form release and control ;

§ Convert paper documents into electronic documents per related SOP;

§ Establish and maintain master Date in ERP system and EAM system;

§ Work out TP with finance department and submit to logistic department;

• Develop and update SOJT, work instruction, SOP, purchasing specification;
• Manage external documents, including Spec. from sending site, product manufacturing involved standard;
• Lead to develop new technology;
• Establish and maintain DMR;
• Special process research and analysis, provide solution for supporting manufacturing;
• Provide test parameters and samples for special processes validation;
• Coordinate with regulatory to complete CAPA of engineering;
• Establish and maintain quality assure system of engineering department to comply with regulatory;
• Chinese drawing review to ensure the design intention is comply with the drawing from sending site;
• Manage samples which from Customer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering course, with internal auditor preferred.
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• 5 years working experience and 3 years management experiences is the minimum;
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements and process validation procedure
• Excellent Leadership, management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work at all levels of an organization.
• Should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of technical accomplishments.

    公司已于2005年1月通过ISO13485：2003认证，并试制成功了创伤类产品，已基本完成临床实验。
