This is a famous home appliance brand now is looking for an OEM/ODM sourcing based in Suzhou international sourcing office.

Key Responsibilities:

? responsible for the OEM / ODM finished products
? sourcing / evaluation / management of the OEM / ODM suppliers
? technical discussion with the suppliers
? BOM scrubbing, price and contract negotiation
? maintain purchasing master data in SAP system
? review / follow-up purchase orders and monitor the planning
? perform market price survey & SWOT analysis
? continuous cost improvement
? supplier development program

Key Requirements:

? preferably Engineering or Business degree
? over five years’ purchasing experience, working Experience with an international company will be helpful
? good command of spoken / written English
? experience with solicitation and evaluation / auditing of potential suppliers
? strong networking with relevant competitors in the market
? good inter-personal and communication skills
? excellent negotiation skills
? knowledge and experience in Quality Management
? able to comprehend drawings and technical requirements
? capacity to cooperate with people in order to accomplish team working objectives
? convictive and flexible, good sense of team work and commitment, results oriented
? perfect computer skills, at least complete Microsoft Office package
? good analytical skills and business acumen
