岗位职责
1. Provide support to line managers in investigating and resolve any employee relations issues in order to facilitate agreements, settle conflicts and minimize dispute.
2. Provide regular labor law related consultation to management and Handle labour conflicts and deal with labour arbitration.
3. Help to handle employee relationship issues and organize employee events and activities.
4. Help to coordinate employee communication meeting and prepare related files.
5. Support company culture build up and positive working environment build on
6. Support the commercial insurance program running well.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历，三年以上大型企业员工关系相关工作经验；
2. 热情活跃，具有良好的亲和力和感染力，有组织员工活动的经验；
3. 非常了解劳动合同法及地方性劳动法规并能有效运用；
4. 良好的英文能力（能基本交流），熟练操作office软件。

    浙江巴奥米特医药产品有限公司主要生产开发医疗手术工具、骨科假体、医用假体、骨生物产品。产品的主要原材料有不锈钢、钛合金、POM棒等。目前加工类的机器设备有加工中心，数控铣床，快、慢走丝线切割，精雕机，DMG等。主要生产英国Vanguard/Recap/Biometric/Oxford系列外科手术工具，法国Alpina,Avantage系列外科手术工具。现公司产品已远销美国、英国、法国、西班牙等国家。
    公司已于2005年1月通过ISO13485：2003认证，并试制成功了创伤类产品，已基本完成临床实验。
