C&C Global Group are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to work in our Hangzhou office. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing organization. Our ideal candidate should be firm in their belief that successful sales to the target market can be achieved through aggressive cold calling and follow through. This position is primarily a sales position, selling overseas investment products to high net worth clients.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
1) A bachelors degree or equivalent education or experience in direct field sales within the investment industry
2) Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organisational and selling skills
3) Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
4) A network of contacts within the local investment industry would be an advantage
5) A strong work ethic
6) A proven ability to achieve or surpass sales objectives
7) Fluent in both English and Chinese
岗位职责
1.负责高端客户的开发、拓展和维护,公司也会提供一部分客户以供开发；
2.积极完成高端有效客户的积累，提升客户的忠诚度；
3.根据一线工作了解到的客户反馈，向公司提出产品及流程优化建议；
4.能有效分析客户行为、保持与客户的日常沟通及时向客户提供投资咨询服务并维护客户。
负责开拓销售渠道，开发新客户，销售公司发行或代销的海外投资项目及产品；
任职资格:
1.大专及以上学历，具有一定的营销、管理、金融等专业优先考虑；客户资源丰富者优先考虑，资源丰富着语言可适当放宽标准;
2.2年以上第三方理财人员及私人银行从业人员经验；
3.具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力；
4.以客户为导向有较强的说服感召能力；
5.精力充沛，充满激情，目标导向，不服输有韧劲；勤奋努力，具有吃苦耐劳以达成工作目标的毅力和决心；
6.勇于创新、渴望成功、能承受压力、愿向高薪挑战；有强烈的自我提升意识，愿与公司一同成长。
