Merchandiser/商品部采购

一）岗位职责

1) 维护和开发公国公司业务，负责联系英国、编制报价、参与商务谈判、签订合同，独立完成整个业务订单的流程

2) 与设计部紧密合作，根据设计图开发物料及样品

3) 按产品开发流程完成询价、打样、采购合同的谈判

4) 执行采购合同订单的下发、材料验收、品质，出货跟踪及付款流程

5）业务相关资料的整理和归档；相关业务工作的汇报。

（二）任职要求

1、英语听说读写能力强，能达到与英国公司熟练无障碣业务沟通；

2、有国外采购代表处工作经验优先，认可和理解英国公司工作方式；

3、能独立短暂国外出差；

4、较强的内外部协调能力，较强的项目时间管理能力；

5、有耐性，做事认真负责，细心；

6、善于学习和总结；

Position: Merchandiser

1. Responsibility

1) Responsible for contacting the UK company, preparing quotations, participating in business negotiations, signing contracts, and independently completing the entire business order process.

2) Work closely with Design Department to develop materials and samples according to design drawings

3) Complete the negotiation of inquiry, sampling and procurement contracts according to the product development process

4) Implementing the delivery, material check, quality, delivery tracking and payment process of purchase contract orders

5) collation and make a record of business-related information; reporting of relevant business work.

(2) Requirements for Jobs

1. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with UK companies fluent;

2. Experience in foreign purchasing representative offices is preferred. Recognition and understanding of the working methods of UK companies are preferred.

3. Able to travel abroad independently for a short time;

4. Strong internal and external coordination ability, strong project time management ability;

5. Be patient, be conscientious and responsible, and be careful.

6. Good at learning and summarizing;
