职位描述
? To set up technical reliability team to focus on units reliability improvement ;
? Monthly report to management team for platform reliability results and suggestions for improvement ;
? To lead team to follow up platform preventive maintenance plan and implementation situation follow-up;
? Develop, prepare and Implement specified MOC;
? Support project team in follow up of requirements of Chinese regulations and safety rules and procedures;
? Supply the technical measures to persist improving the effectiveness of equipment and processes;
? Leading for RCA setup for important failure of equipment and follow up actions to improve it;
? Leading to set up platform level standards for daily maint. activity and future projects ;
? Take ownership of CMMS system, improve usage and prepare for transition to integrated ERP / CMMS solution ;
? Develop technical system administrator for CMMS ;
? To implement rotary equipment vibration test and follow up it for all production units;
? Leading platform "return of experience" sharing and study headquarter REX and TA within platform ;
? Focusing on platform chemical leakage data and follow up for actions implementation;
? Setup long term reliability improvement action plan and leading to implement it;
? To check the reliability of existing equipment data.
