职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Accountable for creating and maintaining a safe &environmental-friendly operations of production unit within responsible area including the respect of Chinese regulations.
? Coordinate with French Process team and R&D team,production/Technical department and/or other resources to prioritize process improvements.
? Coordinate with production/Technical department and Engineering team to review and support implementation of new project.
? Be responsible for ISRS management of process department.
? Accountable for safety performance within own responsible area.
? To check safety procedure within own responsible area (process, equipment, instrument etc)
? To consider operation procedure and safety measurement when unit start-up, shutdown, overhaul, revamp or process modification.
? To validate MOC and update master PID accordingly; update all * PID annually.
? Efficiently coordinate with French team, * and * Production team to implement new project .
? Initiate and support product quality and yield improvement, process / capacity improvements.
? Prepare and organize process meeting and action follow up.
? Prepare process daily, weekly, and monthly report.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge:
- Master degree or above.
- Chemical engineering or equivalent knowledge of chemical processes.

- Process control regarding analysis and optimization of processes.
- Flexible, straightforward and independent.
- Be familiar with Excel, PPT and Word.
- Good written and oral English.
