我们是来自上海的abilix home能力风暴机器人活动中心，创立于1996年,是教育机器人的全球发明者。我们推广机器人教育，通过对项目的搭建、编程，培养孩子的成功能力。我们自主研发120余种教育机器人，并编写出50多套机器人教材（9种语言版本），已经在全国开设200多家机器人活动中心，

我们在金华开设了浙中第一家能力风暴机器人活动中心，急需有丰富校区运营经验的你参与其中，我们为你准备了校长岗位，我们希望这只是梦想的开始，你也可以成为活动中心合伙人，一起来拓展更大的事业。

岗位职责：
1.全面负责中心日常管理、销售管理、教学管理及客户维护工作；
2. 根据集团销售政策，组建市场、课程顾问团队，明确下属岗位的职责和任务要求，并指导下级开展各项工作，协调解决下属工作中出现的问题；
3. 制定校区发展规划，承接中心全年经营指标，完成月度招生任务；
4. 编制中心年、季、月度销售计划及市场销售费用预算，并监督实施；
5. 调动员工积极性，制定中心员工培训计划，完善绩效考核制度，为公司发展储备人才；
6. 严格执行公司各项制度，控制整体运作成本及各项销售费用；
7.团队日常管理及建设，包括任务分配、招聘、激励等；
8.具有较强的综合管理能力、工作协调能力、市场拓展能力；
 
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，3年以上教育行业工作经验，热爱教育行业，可独立开展校区管理工作；
2. 具有良好的职业素养、出色的领导能力，良好的沟通能力与执行能力，较强的分析和商务谈判能力。
3.有强烈的责任心、使命感和客户服务意识

严格、完善的选拔和培训体系
能力风暴机器人活动中心的任课教师由集团总部统一招聘，每年，申请者必须通过层层选拔与培训才能成功到各个校区任教。

专业的课程研发团队
ABILIX HOME与清华大学合作，邀请机器人领域的专业教授担任机器人课程设计和WER竞赛课程顾问，并由十年以上教学经验的一线教师组成团队，致力于能力风暴课程体系与价值的研究。
