职位描述
POSITION PURPOSE
*Work closely with Pioneer China Management Team and relative people in Des Moines Headquarters, help to develop Pioneer China Strategy, Long-term and annual business plan
*Play an very active role in developing new business opportunities, which includes to search, identify and work with potential JVC partner JVC, participate JVC negotiation, follow up various issues with the partner
*Manage Marketing Department to develop, implement, monitor China Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, Marketing Communication plan and CRM program.
*Meanwhile, collect market information, design and undertake market research, manage competitor's intelligence and provide reliable information and proposals for business decisions
*Work closely with Pioneer functional leaders as well as with Pioneer leaders from USA and other countries in order to have alignment on Pioneer marketing goals and activities in China and leverage worldwide marketing resources.
*Lead the marketing and sales effectiveness program for Pioneer seed business in China
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Help to develop China Business Strategy and Business Plan:
* Collect sufficient updated market information
* Monitor/update governmental/industrial policy and regulatory issues
* Help to develop, update and audit China Business Strategy and Business plan
* Keep smooth and frequent communication of marketing information with Pioneer global team
2. Develop new market opportunity and work with Pioneer leaders to form JVC:
* Collect market and industry information
* Contact all relevant Government authorities and potential customers to explore new business development opportunities
* Search, initiate primary communication and help to identify new JVC partner candidates
* Joint formal communication and finalize JVC partner
* Develop and recommend appropriate business model, business plan according Pioneer Business Strategy, market needs; allocate relative resources and develop/coordinate timeline for both market development and partnership development
* Lead project feasibility studies etc.
3. Develop overall China marketing strategy, MC plan, MR plan and CRM plan:
* Lead market information collection, which include: competitors' intelligence, industrial intelligence, market research activity etc...
* Present information to forecast marketing dynamics, segmentation and customer trends
* Provide information and analytical support to Finance, Sales, Business Managers and develop information consistency and standardization throughout Pioneer by collaborating with groups to ensure that financial, marketing, production, sales, etc. data is used consistently
* Evaluate, develop and recommend Branding Strategy and Pricing Strategy
* Develop Marketing Communication Strategy and MC plans for different products and different markets according to strategy, needs and resources
* Maintain close relationships with advertising agencies to ensure implementation of agreed campaigns within agreed budgets and time constraints
* Network with MC personnel in the other regions and businesses for leveraging of resources and best practices
* Monitor execution of MC plans and provide effectiveness analysis of the MC plan and make further revision
* Liaise with Sales management to monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns and recommends changes as appropriate
* Liaise with key dealers or key retailers to develop and implement point-of-sale activities
* Liaise with Sales forces to identify strengths and weaknesses of brand/product program and recommends corrective action as necessary
* Lead CRM program efforts, which include program design, data collection, information analysis, possible solution recommendation etc...
4. Manage the industry, vendor and advertising agency relationship
REQUIREMENTS
Education: At least 4 years college courses preferably MSC degree in marketing, business studies or related field and agricultural background or equivalent experience in Agricultural business marketing. MBA will be preferred
Experience: 8-10 years experience in sales or marketing and business development. Proven track record of achievement. Exposure to strategic planning, goal setting, tactical plan development, financial analysis, product positioning and presentation skills.

The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont have announced their intent to combine in an all-stock merger of equals. The merger is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2017 and the new company will be named DowDuPont. Within 18-24 months of the merger, DowDuPont intends to spinoff entities resulting in three separate and independent publicly traded companies, subject to regulatory and board approval.
