职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Manage product development process from concept to mass production. Work independently or together with suppliers to finalize design and specs for brand new product as per marketing's requirements.
2. Work together with sourcing team and supplier to evaluate and finalize the product cost, development plan,
3. Work with internal teams and suppliers to finalize product spec and QA test plan
4. Closely monitor the development process at each stage, and communicate with marketing team effectively.
5. Manage routine buying projects, work with factories and internal teams to finalize product spec, QA plan and solve routine quality issues.
6. Travel Requirements: Frequently

Qualifications:
1. At least bachelor or above degree in mechanical/electrical engineering , 3+ years working experience with product design & project management, household appliance industry is preferred.
2. Familiar with at least one of the following 3D software: Pro/E, UG/NX, Solidworks
3. Familiar with manufacturing process of plastic parts, aluminum casting parts, and other metal parts
4. Preferably with experience of home appliances and familiar with relevant UL, EN safety standards
5. Good communication skills and good team player is a MUST
6. Good skill in English reading and writing, fluent speaking is a plus.
7. Good learning skills to all kinds of new knowledge in different industries.
