职位描述

男性,本科以上学历,要求经济类以及数学类相关专业;
一年以上工作经验;
良好的语言表达与人际沟通能力、谈判能力,分析、解决问题的能力;
能够吃苦耐劳,适应长期出差;

行政班,双休。

工作职责:
1、对战略规划的区域(城市)进行考察和市场调研的考察,对新店项目进行考察和筛选,并完成项目调研简报与城市战略布局报告;
2、收集、发现并推荐合适项目,对意向项目进行市场调研,并完成项目可行性分析报告;
3、协助新店项目的谈判和各筹备店、分店的协调工作;
4、完成大型商业网点和商业楼盘普查;
5、完成新店竞争环境变化调研,并完成报告及选址纠正预防措施;
6、完成战略中规划发展城市的零售市场竞争对手研究,为公司决策提供理论依据。
