工作职责：
1、对战略规划的区域（城市）进行考察和市场调研的考察，对新店项目进行考察和筛选，并完成项目调研简报与城市战略布局报告；
2、收集、发现并推荐合适项目，对意向项目进行市场调研，并完成项目可行性分析报告；
3、协助新店项目的谈判和各筹备店、分店的协调工作；
4、完成大型商业网点和商业楼盘普查；
5、完成新店竞争环境变化调研，并完成报告及选址纠正预防措施；
6、完成战略中规划发展城市的零售市场竞争对手研究，为公司决策提供理论依据。
