Responsibilities:
1. Sell the company’s line of products, obtain leads and close sales to achieve revenue goals and create long-term purchase agreements with key account(s);
2. Generate sales revenues by uncovering customer needs and performing product and software demonstrations at defined key account site(s) with the support of a Sales Engineer;
3. Evaluate customer requirements for this purpose; including installation location, mounting, software solutions, customer engineering drawings, CAD data, GD&T and inspection plans with the support of a Sales Engineer;
4. Create, maintain and grow relationships with contacts within key account(s) to strengthen market position, maximize technology adoption, and grow sales;
5. Inform key account contacts of new products and software solutions as they are announced or released;
6. Develop and maintain organizational structure of assigned key account(s), including names of contacts, titles, locations, responsibilities, etc;
7. Develop and maintain a facilities organization of key account(s), including manufacturing facilities, current products within facilities, future products within facility, suppliers, and non-manufacturing facilities to strengthen market position, maximize technology adoption, and grow sales;
8. Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Sales Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales;
9. Utilize Salesforce.com as a customer relationship management and sales tool, and generate reports as required;
10. Provide strategic input to the Country Sales Manager, including potential opportunities to promote sales growth;
11. Work within established budgets and ensure compliance with expense guidelines.
Qualifications:
1. 4 year bachelor degree or equivalent required,
2. 5 years of direct sales experience in capital equipment required, experience selling to the manufacturing market preferred;
3. Knowledge in Metrology will be an advantage;
4. TOEIC Listening and Reading minimum score of 550 (275/275);
5. Excellent networking and communication skills;
6. Excellent team and leadership skills;
7. Travel within assigned territory to key account sites;
8. Experience with an established sales training program required, experienced in Wilson Counselor Salesperson preferred;
9. Must possess strong business ethics;
10. Knowledge of local, USA and UK anti-corruption laws is beneficial and preferred.
