职位描述：
Mandarin Teacher对外汉语教师岗位职责：
1， 根据课程大纲完成中心各项课程的授课，良好掌握中英文。
2， 必要时对学员进行教学辅导；
3， 策划，组织，实施中心为学员开展的各项汉语角拓展活动；
4， 通过与学员及其他教师的教学反馈，更新并完善教学产品
任职要求：
1， 英语或对外汉语类本科及以上学历；
2， 有出色的汉语驾驭能力，口语流利、发音标准，中文表达能力强，普通话标准；
3， 有亲和力，责任心强，诚实可信，热爱教育工作；
4， 有良好的团队合作精神和组织协调能力；
5， 有相关授课经验者优先；
6， 熟悉对外汉语课程，有相关授课经验者优先；
7， 有海外留学及工作经历者优先；
8， 有洞察力，善于创新者优先。
