Job Purpose
岗位目的
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily inventory management of the warehouse such as inventory, 5S, security, storage location, and regular cycle counting, making sure the efficiency of the daily work.
仓库经理负责仓库库存的日常管理工作，比如，仓库的库存管理、5S管理、安全管理、库位管理、永续盘点，有效保证仓库的日常工作效率。
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Day to day warehouse inventory management.
负责仓库库存的日常管理工作。
2. Maintain the inventory data to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database.
确保库存帐实相符。
3. Update production work orders and input them into the WMS (Warehouse Management System) system.
更新生产工单，并输入WMS系统。
4. According to the production work order, distribute the raw material to the production workshop in a timely manner.
依据生产工单，及时发料给生产车间。
5. Insure the FIFO (First In First Out) principals are followed on all inventory items.
遵从先进先出的原则。
6. Insure the accuracy of the inventory through cycle counting/ physical counts, analysis and problem solving principles.
通过循环计数/物理统计、分析和解决问题的方法能够有效控制库存。
7. Make the reports of receiving, shipping and stocking to the relevant departments if needed.
每日做好进、销、存报表给相关部门。
8. Maintain a safe work environment in the warehouse.
负责仓库区域的安全管理工作。
9. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
Qualification
任职资格
1. College education or above.
大专以上学历。
2. Four+ years’ relevant work experience in inventory control and two+ years’ relevant experience in plant warehouse supervision.
4年以上的存货控制以及2年以上的仓库主管经验。
3. Experience with ERP system and WMS systems are preferred.
有较好的ERP系统经验，懂WMS优先。
4. Forklift driver license is preferred but not a must.
持有叉车证者优先考虑。
5. Able to communicate effectively by proper interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通。
6. Hard-working and a good team player with the consciousness of responsibility.
工作勤奋，有责任心及团队精神。
7. English language skills with good reading and writing abilities.
具有英文读写能力者优先。
8. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
