Plus, the leading Hangzhou local relocation service provider specializing in relocation services solutions, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the following position:

Work Description: One of Plus's core services is assisting international business employees [As well as individual clients in Hangzhou] and their families relocate to Hangzhou. Our services include consulting foreign families about life in China and Hangzhou, assisting them in finding homes, assisting them in processing their visa and immigration, and providing ongoing support and assistance to these families during their stay in Hangzhou. Our customers are major international corporations, and numerous seasoned individual expatriates.
Job description:
Handling home/school search/city orientation
Executing home visits
Negotiation and lease preparation

Requirements:
-You must be a highly motivated individual
-Customer service background preferred
-Sense of responsibility is a must
-Well presented with excellent communication skills, you must be able to work
-Independently and thrive under stress.
-You must have a passion for meeting people and enjoy a fast paced environment.
-Great organizational skills
-Be able to work in a team environment and complete common work and customer service goals
-Work and communicate fluently in a business English environment
-Residential real estate experience is a benefit but not essential
-Be prepared to work during evening hours and on weekends if required.
