职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the definition of process parameter in order to produce heat-treatable and non-heat treatable Aluminum plates
2. Responsible for the metallurgical quality of the Aluminum plate products produced in the Zhenjiang plant with respect to standards and customer specifications
3. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Standard Work Procedures regarding process parameters and definitions
4. Responsible for the metallurgical qualifications of Aluminum plate products with classification bodies and customers
5. Responsible for the evaluation of customer specification and standards with respect to metallurgical performance, quality requirements and applications including technical consultancy to customers and end-users of Aluminum plate products
6. Responsible for continuous improvement of the quality of Aluminum plate products and for the definition and implementation of corrective actions in case of quality issues
Requirements:
1. Several years of experience in a similar position in the Aluminium industry, preferably in the production of rolled Aluminium products
2. Very good understanding of material properties and their relations to material composition, microstructure and process parameters
3. Sound knowledge of relevant material specifications such as ASTM, AMS, GB and others
4. Profound knowledge with respect to the application of Aluminium plate products in different industries, knowledge of customer's demand and market situation
5. Knowledge of industrial standards regarding quality management such as ISO 9000 series
6. Workable English to work with foreign colleagues
7. Very systematic, result oriented and purposeful working style
8. Taking over responsibility for results
9. Ability for fast and self-motivated learning
10. Master (preferred)/bachelor in metallurgy, material science or comparable
