Job Description: Duties and Responsibility:
1. Reconcile analysis data and maintain data analysis integrity.
2. Prepare and scrub data for model building.
3. Create and maintain performant database and report generation.
4. Maintain and distribute structured data and reports to actuarial and business analysts.
5. Build up automation program on data extraction, data processing/cleansing and aggregation.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of all data work for future development and auditing.
7. Requirement gathering and discussion with business end users.
Key Measuring Parameters:
1. Be able to create and maintain databases, build up data processing automation, and develop
end-user tool to support business users.
2. Effective communication with business end users on data requirements, data logic, data
issues, and data deliverables.
Job Requirements: Candidate Specification:
1. BS/BA degree in computer science, statistics, math or equivalents education and experience.
2. 3-8 years of experience with database processing and data analysis.
3. Good skills in popular relational database, SQL programming. (SQL Server preferred)
4. Experienced in C# or Java programming will be a plus.
5. Experienced in database development, such as stored procedure, function, data warehouse.
6. Experienced in data visualization techniques (Tableau, Qlikview) will be a plus.
7. Good interpersonal communication skill and team collaboration skill.
8. Good written and oral English skill.
