Responsibilities:
1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets with the high quality deals (high profit margin and big products volume) in highly commitment and creditability.
2. Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.
3. Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
4. Gathering market and customer information, gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
5. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing and changes etc.
6. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers.
7. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations. Managing payment terms and receivables.
8. Keeps records and reports on all activities to the manager.
9. Reviewing own sales performance.
10. Feeding future buying trends back to manager.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.
2. Min. 5 years of sales experience in mechanical products. Knowledge of and experience in pneumatic products is preferred.
3. Experience in handling OEM and Project sales is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and business negotiation ability. Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
5. Able to read and write simple English, good oral English is preferred.
6. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
7. Wllingness to travel regularly within designated territories to see customers.
