Job description:
1. Cooperate with engineering department to master the machining technics/skills;
配合工程部管理加工技术；
2. Training the operators for any new coming project/component;
培训操作工如何操作新项目或部件；
3. Setting the machine or related equipments;
设置机器或相关设备；
4. Resolve machining problems;
处理加工生产中的问题；
5. Present suggestions or solutions to engineering department;
向工程部提出建议或解决方案；
6. Produce samples;
样品生产；
7. MO follow up and recording;
订单跟踪及其记录；
8. Execute production plan;
执行生产计划；
9. 5S activities;
5S 管理；
10. Manage CNC cutters, tooling;
刀具和工具的管理；
11. CNC maintainence.
CNC设备维护。
Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Technical secondary school or above, majored in CNC or related.
中专及以上学历，数控相关专业。
2. least 3 years experience in CNC machining, familiar with CNC system. Be able to make and modify CNC programs.
3年以上数控机床操作经验，熟悉法那科FANUC操作系统，会简单的编写和修改CNC程序。
3 Be able to read drawings, and understand all kinds of GD&T meaning in the drawing.
能够读懂图纸，理解图纸上各种形位公差的含义。
4 Be familiar with the cutting parameters, change, and measurement and maintain of all kinds of blade tool and the usage of the common measurement tool.
熟悉各种刀具的切削参数，刀具更换、刀具测量和保养，常用量具的使用。
5 Experience in managing teams
团队管理经验。
6. Ability to read drawings in English.
能读懂英文图纸，有英语基础者优先。
7. Can work on weekend or night shift when needed, domestic or international travel.
能适应周末加班或夜班， 国内出差为佳。
