职位描述：
Reports to:Supplier compliance manager

GENERAL PURPOSE
This position is responsible for effectively maintaining the Company’s social, environmental, security and product compliance requirements of its Asia Pacific supply base, working with our suppliers in continuous improvement of their internal systems, coordinating customer third party audits and following up the result of customer third party audits, product testing and compliant.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Learn continuously to ensure the business knowledge is up to date and align with company strategy and be able to educate the suppliers the same.
2. Support the manager in implementing, training, and promotion of Milestone CSR and C-TPAT program to external and internal parties
3. Ongoing review and understanding of our customers’ CSR and security requirements insuring our own requirements are in line with that of our customers
4. Evaluate suppliers’ social compliance and security system
5. Creation of supplier corrective actions based on audit results, assist and monitor the implementation corrective actions in a timely manner.
6. Booking and coordinating 2nd & 3rd party audits
7. Determine the need for and coordinate corrective action activities for customers’ audits and complaints
8. Coordinate certificates of compliance for regulatory requests (RoHS, Reach, packaging directives, conflict minerals, etc.)
9. Maintain and coordinate the schedule of customer product tests (e.g. Walmart, ASDA , Dixons and AAFES, etc.) and all customer related audits
10. Involve in the ECO approval process and follow-up
11. Responsible for excellent file management /data analysis
12. Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and the Company’s policies and procedures
13. Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in Safety Programs, initiatives, and investigations.

15. Perform other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Demonstrated ability working with minimal supervision and exercising judgment in developing and implementing strategies for results.
2. Self-starter with the ability to manage to tight timelines.
3. Positive, energetic attitude and initiative; strong work ethic.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills (English and Mandarin)
5. Ability to work in a team environment
6. Ability to multi-task and manage several projects through completion at one time, while providing high attention to details.
7. Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
8. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law
9. Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
10. Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system).
11. Must possess high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field
2. 3-5 years of experience developing labor, safety, environment and supply chain security programs in a manufacturing environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teams
4. Knowledge of China labor and environmental laws
5. Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000, SA8000 and C-TPAT standards


Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Costco audit requirements

General office environment; Manufactures visit
Long-distance or air travel as needed (up to 25%)
